You Can Dig For Dinosaurs And Keep What You Find!
Every summer I have the time of my life looking for and digging up my very own dinosaur fossils with an organization called Paleo Prospectors. It is run by Dr. Steve Nicklas, an Archaeologist our of Georgia, and is the only venue that you can look for your own dinosaur fossils and keep practically everything that you find without paying any additional fees. I have been collecting dinosaur fossils with them since 2003 and I would not trade anything for the experiences I have had. Every fossil in my personal collection was found on trips with Paleo Prospectors.
If you have ever had the itch to be a Paleontologist this is your chance to do it! This is not a "sit and dig" type operation. The trip participants are actually able to go out and hike for miles on beautiful private ranches among the badlands exposures of the Hell Creek, Lance and Judith River Formations and look for dinosaur fossils poking out of the hillside. This might sound like a daunting task but the trip fee includes help from professional guides that have years of field Paleontology experience.
