For sale is a beautiful Allosaurus tooth with really excellent serrations and enamel. The enamel and serrations are flawless but unfortunately the tip of the tooth is missing.
The tooth measures 3/4" in length.
This tooth was found in the Morrison Formation of Moffat County, Colorado. The Morrison dates back to the Jurassic Period approximately 150 million years in age. This formation represents a time in North America where iconic dinosaurs roamed the Earth including Apatosaurus, Stegosaurus, Diplodocus, Brachiosaurus, Torvosaurus, Camarasaurus as well as many others.
